Servidores da Administração Regional do Plano Piloto foram capacitados pela Subcontroladoria de Correição Administrativa

A Subcontroladoria de Correição Administrativa da Controladoria-Geral do Distrito Federal (SUCOR/CGDF) realizou, recentemente, uma palestra na Administração Regional do Plano Piloto com o tema “Comportamentos adequados no ambiente de trabalho”. O encontro teve como objetivo reforçar valores de ética e responsabilidade no serviço público.

A atividade contou com a presença de servidores, prestadores de serviço e estagiários, promovendo um diálogo aberto e acessível a todos os que integram o ambiente institucional da RA. Durante a apresentação, a Subcontroladora de Correição Administrativa, Ismara Roza, abordou pontos cruciais da rotina funcional, como a utilização indevida de veículos oficiais, o correto preenchimento da folha de ponto, e esclareceu que servidores comissionados também podem ser responsabilizados por eventuais irregularidades.

Também foram apresentados dados sobre as principais denúncias recebidas pela Ouvidoria-Geral do Distrito Federal nos últimos dois anos, com destaque para as condutas mais recorrentes e orientações preventivas. A iniciativa reforça o compromisso da CGDF com a construção de um ambiente profissional íntegro, transparente e alinhado aos princípios da administração pública.
